First Consultation & Legal Services around the estate

My remuneration as your lawyer is stipulated by German Law [Rechtsanwaltsvergütungsgesetz (RVG)]. According to this law my fees are st by the matter in dipute, this means the value of the estate, irrespective of the time and the legal work to be applied. 

The law also stipulates, that we can mutually agree upon fees in writing and signed [Vergütungsvereinbarung] in which my fees will have to be fixed in an amount higher than the fees set by law.

If you are seeking my advice being a consumer, German Law sets a fixed fee of 190€ (plus VAT and  expenses 249.00€) First consultation implies a first visit on a legal matter and receiving a general overview on the legal situation based on the facts you will supply. Not included will be producing any documents or letters to third parties. 

There is nothing to replace a personal conversation within a first consultation, especially not Conversations by telephone and the exchange of e-mails beforehand. You are invited to make an appointment by telephone by  030 / 88 70 77 77 or via e-mail.
